SCHEDULE A MEETING

Coordinate with the client to arrange an initial consultation. During this meeting, assess their needs, discuss their vision, and review the specific requirements for remodeling, carpentry, or repair work.

Once the scope of work is outlined, send a proforma invoice with estimated costs. This should cover materials, labor, and any additional charges. The proforma helps the client understand the financial commitment before formalizing the project.

Agree on a timeline for the project that suits both the company’s availability and the client’s schedule. Provide a realistic timeframe for each phase of the work, including prep, execution, and completion dates.

Begin the project according to the agreed-upon schedule, ensuring clear communication with the client throughout the process. Keep the client updated on progress and promptly address any adjustments or additional requests.
